Joined Marui (now Marui Group) in 1986 and assumed current position in April 2005.

He aims to achieve both impact and profit through a unique trinity business model that combines retail, finance, and co-creation investment, which he has been involved in since the company's founding.
He is the author of "The Essence of Sustainability Management" (Nikkei Business Publications, Inc.).
